Thanks.
"Did [you (you is omitted but assumed)] draw the picture?"

그림 = picture
을 = object particle following a noun ending in a consonant
그리다 = to draw, therefore 그린 = drawn
건가요 = contraction of 거 인가요/것인가요, which can be used as a fairly generic verb ending for verbs that have been conjugated to -는 form (present) or ㄴ form (past, like this one).
